Hey tattoo lovers!
If you’re looking to get tattooed by me for the first time or you are a returning client (I’m always honoured!), please complete this form with the Your concept, placement, and size.

Please email any reference images to HELLO@NORTHANDGLORY.COM.

I will provide you with a quote range and time slot and you will be directed to send a $200 e-transfer deposit to secure your spot. Please note, this deposit is non-refundable.

I will be tattooing out at the Lakeside Studio Gallery in downtown Bath, Ontario. Complete address and additional details will be provided to you via confirmation email once you have submitted your deposit fee.
