Your answer will be kept private between you and your artist. This includes any conditions that can be spread through the blood, such as HIV, Hepatitis, etc.

Do you have any medical conditions that I should be aware of and/or are taking any prescription medication?

Your answer will be kept private. Certain medical conditions and medications can impact skin and its ability to properly heal when trauma is applied, such as tattooing, laser, sun exposure, etc. To provide you with the best possible experience, it's imperative that such details are disclosed to your artist.
