Complete the form to submit an inquiry for a tattoo session. Typically, this is form is used for custom design inquiries. I specialize in floral and ornamental pieces. As of 2023, my minimum for customs is $400+tax.

You will receive a booking link in a separate email after your submission has been reviewed. If your idea is inline with my work, I’m happy to move forward with the appointment. If I feel it is something that I cannot achieve to my fullest capability, I’ll do my best to recommend an artist who can!
As always, a non-refundable deposit is required to secure your time slot and date.

If you answered no, do you have any known allergies to tattoo ink?

Ink ingredients include alcohol, witchhazel, powdered pigments, aqua/water, hydrocarbon resins, glycerin, witch hazel, isopropyl alcohol, and benzyl alcohol. Some inks include titanium dioxide. Note that specific ingredients for will very from one colour/brand to another. Safety data sheets are available online through manufacturer websites.
